In the process the hardest part was stabilizing the alligator skin like charred wood on the edges. Finding the right heat and times to char and the patience. Then not burning the already sanded edges is a mastery itself. Stabilizing the "charcoal" it's the hardest. If you wipe it down you destroy the patterns quite easily. If you leave it on it then it will make the sealing peel down like nothing. It's microscopic it can't grip on it. If gets too shiny it looks vinyl like. Lots of constraints to watch for sure. And yes needs to be the highest standard of European Union health certificates as well. We lived up for the task.
