Inspired by agentic workflows (thanks to KovaKelo Labs), we managed to build industrial machines to parallel process the hygroscopic stabilization of various wood species and thicknesses at the same time so our client meets deadlines without waiting times. As crazy as it sounds: we can hygroscopically stabilize logs with cross sections above 1m quite easily. We developed our own method to do so. The end result won't fit in an industry standard and can't be categorized within existing frameworks.

We built up KovaKelo from the ground up not just to process century-old trees. We built it so we can deliver to your office building and hospitality offices monolith-sized natural biophilic sculptures. To be specialized on not just processing 4, 5, 6-ton monoliths. Developed our own mm precision cutting and milling technology in-house. Technically we can cut more accurately and precise than traditional-industry sawmills. We can cut logs in nearly 2m in diameter with unprecedented accuracy (from all angles).

To ensure absolute safety for your environment, our base sealing process exceeds the strictest minimum-VOC emission standards allowed by the European Union—holding the safest certificates the EU can give. The deep-penetrating material is completely non-toxic, safe to breathe around, and technically edible after curing. Though we definitely shouldn’t. It acts like an armor from within.
To protect against real life, if requested or when it makes sense, we might lock the final surface with an extra advanced nano-ceramic coating. This does two things. First, it radically multiplies the wood's surface Janka hardness far beyond standard industry ratings, making it incredibly resistant to impact and scratches.
Second, it creates a permanent hydrophobic shield. You keep the warm, tactile feeling of ancient wood, but with an armored surface that effortlessly repels hot coffee, red wine, and daily wear, even in the most harsh hospitality environments. Some of our coatings might do surprisingly well on icebreakers navigating the Arctics. We definitely overengineer things.
