Politica de expediere

Freight, Dispatch & White-Glove Logistics Policy

1. Logistics Framework & Scope Private Contract Acquisitions KovaKelo operates a tiered fulfillment network engineered to handle both lightweight botanical samples and high-mass biological monoliths. We deliver across Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, and the broader European Union.

2. Standard Courier Fulfillment (Small Items & Stock)

  • Eligible Items: Smaller handcrafted stock, wood samples, care treatments, and compact architectural elements.

  • Dispatch & Tracking: Dispatched via insured express regional couriers. Complete tracking details are issued electronically upon carrier collection.

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard transit across Central & Eastern Europe typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

3. Heavy Monolith & Architectural Asset Logistics (Contract-Based)

  • Eligible Items: Deep-core stabilized root architectures, massive 1/1 burls, and custom-ordered monolithic slabs.

  • Custom Crating: All high-ticket assets are secured in custom-built, heavy-duty protective wooden crating designed for specialized freight transport.

  • B2B Transport Contracts: Because these assets possess unique structural mass and geometry, logistics fees, delivery schedules, and carrier specifications are defined individually within the primary counter-signed acquisition contract prior to payment dispatch.

4. White-Glove Delivery & On-Site Installation Protocol

  • Regional Coverage: Available for institutional clients, architects, and private estates throughout Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria.

  • The Service: Dedicated private transport directly from our regional stabilization hubs to your project site. Includes specialized offloading, direct handling, and direct spatial installation/mounting by our team.

  • Access Requirements: Client must ensure adequate structural clearance, door width, loading dock access, and floor load-bearing capacity prior to scheduled delivery.

5. Import, Duties & European Union Transit All shipments originate from within the European Union (Oradea, Romania). Shipments within the EU internal market (including Hungary and Bulgaria) are exempt from customs duties, tariff delays, or import tax clearances.

6. Transit Inspection & Transfer of Risk

  • Courier Parcels: Recipients must inspect outer packaging upon arrival. Any physical shipping damage must be documented on the carrier's receipt.

  • White-Glove & Freight Assets: Structural assets delivered via white-glove service or dedicated freight are jointly inspected upon site delivery alongside our logistics team prior to final sign-off.
